RULES of the contest "Win tickets for Belgium against Wales! Contest organized by BESIX GROUP NV from September 13, 2022 to September 16, 2022 inclusive.
1. This competition, named "Win tickets for Belgium against Wales!" (hereinafter referred to as "the competition"), is organized by BESIX GROUP NV (hereinafter referred to as "BESIX GROUP NV"), Avenue des Communautés 100, B-1200 Brussels, RPR Brussels, VAT BE 0413.630.071.
2. This contest starts on September 13 at 09h00 and ends on September 16th at 23h59.
3. The contest is free of charge. It is open to any natural person of at least 18 years of age, participating in his/her own name and working for BESIX GROUP NV.
4.Prizes to be won are Duo tickets for the Belgium - Wales match on 22 September at 20h45 in King Baudouin stadium. The prizes won are not transferable and can under no circumstances be exchanged for other products or services nor paid out in cash.
5. The competition takes place as follows: each participant must take part in the quiz using the form available on https://www.besix.com/reddevils The website is accessible to both employees and workers. In order to participate, the participant must fill in his/her name, first name, e-mail address, mobile phone number, country of employment and agree to the competition rules on the digital participation form. The participants must take the quiz in one sitting. They may not submit an incomplete form and then try again with a new entry. The participants with a correctly completed participation form are included in a digital list. The participants are then ranked according to their scores in descending order. The person who has obtained the most points is at the top of the ranking. The first 50 people in the ranking shall be declared winners of the competition, provided that their participation is valid with respect to the participation modalities and procedures, as provided for in these rules. In the event of a tie between several participants for the ranking question, the participant whose participation form was registered first on https://www.besix.com/reddevils shall be deemed the winner (digital traceability shall serve as proof).
6. The only way to take part in the competition is as described in the present rules, i.e. by filling in the form on https://www.besix.com/reddevils. No other form of participation is accepted.
7. BESIX GROUP NV shall personally inform the winners of the competition by e-mail before 21 September 2022. They will also be informed of the method of delivery of the prizes. No information about the competition will be distributed other than the communication to the winners of the prize they have won and other than the rules. Consequently, no correspondence or telephone calls, or any faxes or e-mails concerning the competition will be replied to, subject to the same exceptions.
8. Resale of the prizes is strictly prohibited.
9. Each participant in the competition is deemed to have read and understood the content of these rules. Participation in the competition implies the unreserved agreement of the participant to all the present rules and the acceptance of any decision taken by the organisers to ensure the smooth running of the competition.
Disclaimer: barring serious or intentional fault on their part, neither BESIX GROUP NV, nor any of its employees, nor any third party used in the context of this competition shall be held liable for any damage of any nature resulting from the organisation of this competition, including participation in the competition, the identification of the winners and the awarding of the prize. Subject to the same proviso, neither BESIX GROUP NV nor the persons mentioned above shall be held responsible for any technical problem occurring during the course of the competition which may affect them, a participant in the competition and/or a third party (notably in the event of an internet breakdown, communication breakdown or connection problems) and which would interrupt the competition, delay participation in the competition or slow down the organisation of the competition. In the event that, as a result of force majeure or an event beyond BESIX GROUP NV's control, the competition is cancelled, interrupted or altered, or if the prizes are withdrawn, BESIX GROUP NV shall under no circumstances be obliged to pay any indemnity to the participants or winners of the competition.
REGLEMENT van de wedstrijd “Win tickets for Belgium against Wales!”. Wedstrijd georganiseerd door BESIX GROUP NV van 13 september 2022 tot en met 16 september 2022.
1.Deze wedstrijd, genaamd “Win tickets for Belgium against Wales!” (hierna “de wedstrijd” genoemd), wordt georganiseerd door BESIX GROUP NV (hierna “BESIX GROUP NV” genoemd), Gemeenschappenlaan 100, B-1200 Brussel, RPR Brussel, BTW BE 0413.630.071. .
2. Deze wedstrijd begint op 13 september om 9u00 en loopt af op 16 september 23u59.
3. De wedstrijd is gratis. Ze is open voor iedere natuurlijke persoon van minstens 18 jaar oud, die deelneemt in zijn/haar eigen naam en die werkt voor BESIX GROUP NV.
4. De prijzen die gewonnen kunnen worden zijn Duotickets voor de wedstrijd België -Wales op 22 september, om 20u45 in het Koning Boudewijnstadion. De gewonnen prijzen zijn niet overdraagbaar en kunnen in geen geval ingeruild worden tegen andere producten of diensten, noch contant uitbetaald worden.
5. De wedstrijd verloopt op de volgende manier: elke deelnemer moet via het formulier dat beschikbaar is op https://www.besix.com/reddevils de website is zowel voor de bedienden als de arbeiders toegankelijk – deelnemen aan de quiz. Om deel te nemen, moet de deelnemer op het digitale deelnemingsformulier zijn/haar naam, voornaam, e-mailadres, gsm-nummer, land waarin hij/zij werkt invullen, evenals akkoord gaan met de wedstrijdregels. De deelnemers moeten de quiz in één keer afleggen. Zij mogen geen onvolledig formulier indienen en dan opnieuw proberen met een nieuwe deelname. De deelnemers die een correct ingevuld deelnemingsformulier hebben, worden opgenomen in een digitale lijst. De deelnemers worden dan geklasseerd in functie van hun scores en dit in afnemende volgorde. De persoon die het meeste punten behaald heeft, staat bovenaan het klassement. De eerste 50 personen van het klassement worden uitgeroepen als winnaars van de wedstrijd, voor zover hun deelname geldig is ten opzichte van de deelnamemodaliteiten en -procedures, zoals bepaald in onderhavig reglement. In geval van een ex aequo van meerdere deelnemers voor de schiftingsvraag, dan wordt de deelnemer van wie het deelnemingsformulier als eerste geregistreerd werd op https://www.besix.com/reddevils beschouwd als de winnaar (de digitale traceerbaarheid geldt als bewijs).
6. Er kan enkel deelgenomen worden aan de wedstrijd op de manier die beschreven wordt in onderhavig reglement, nl. door het formulier in te vullen op https://www.besix.com/reddevils. Geen enkele andere manier van deelnemen wordt aanvaard.
7. BESIX GROUP NV zal de winnaars van de wedstrijd persoonlijk op de hoogte brengen via e-mail voor 21 september. Ze zullen dan ook geïnformeerd worden over de leveringswijze van de prijzen. Er wordt geen enkele informatie over de wedstrijd verspreid buiten de communicatie aan de winnaars over de prijs die ze hebben gewonnen en met uitzondering van het reglement. Bijgevolg zal er op geen enkel schrijven of telefoontje of op geen enkele fax of e-mail over de wedstrijd gereageerd worden, onder voorbehoud van dezelfde uitzonderingen.
8. Het is strikt verboden om de prijzen door te verkopen.
9. Elke deelnemer aan de wedstrijd wordt verondersteld kennis te hebben genomen van de inhoud van onderhavig reglement. De deelname aan de wedstrijd impliceert de instemming zonder enig voorbehoud van de deelnemer met het volledige onderhavige reglement, en de aanvaarding van elke beslissing die genomen wordt door de organisatoren om het goede verloop van de wedstrijd te garanderen.
Disclaimer: behoudens zware of opzettelijke fout van hun kant kunnen noch BESIX GROUP NV, noch de personeelsleden, noch de derden waarop een beroep gedaan wordt in het kader van deze wedstrijd, aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor eventuele schade, van welke aard ook, die zou voortvloeien uit de organisatie van deze wedstrijd, met inbegrip van de deelname aan de wedstrijd, de aanduiding van de winnaars en de toekenning van de prijs. Onder hetzelfde voorbehoud kunnen noch BESIX GROUP NV, noch de hierboven genoemde personen, aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor een technisch probleem, welk dan ook, dat zich voordoet tijdens de duur van deze wedstrijd, bij henzelf, bij een deelnemer aan de wedstrijd en/of een derde (met name in geval van een panne van het internet, onderbrekingen van de communicatie of verbindingsmoeilijkheden) en waardoor de wedstrijd onderbroken zou worden, de deelname aan de wedstrijd of de organisatie ervan vertraagd zou worden. Indien de wedstrijd, als gevolg van overmacht of een gebeurtenis buiten de wil van BESIX GROUP NV om, geannuleerd, onderbroken of gewijzigd zou worden, of als de prijzen afgeschaft zouden worden, dan is BESIX GROUP NV in geen geval verplicht om de deelnemers of de winnaars van de wedstrijd een schadevergoeding te betalen.

1. Ce concours, intitulé "Win tickets for Belgium against Wales!" (ci-après dénommé "le concours"), est organisé par BESIX GROUP SA (ci-après dénommé "BESIX GROUP SA"), Avenue des Communautés 100, B-1200 Bruxelles, RPR Bruxelles, TVA BE 0413.630.071.
2. Ce concours débute le 13 septembre 2022 à 09h00 et se termine le 16 septembre 2022 à 23h59.
3. Le concours est gratuit. Il est ouvert à toute personne physique âgée d'au moins 18 ans, participant en son nom propre et travaillant pour BESIX GROUP SA.
4. Les prix à gagner sont Des tickets duo pour le match Belgique -Pays de Galles du 22 septembre, à 20h45 au stade Roi Baudouin. Les prix gagnés ne sont pas cessibles et ne peuvent en aucun cas être échangés contre d'autres produits ou services, ni être payés en espèces.
5. Le concours se déroule comme suit : chaque participant doit prendre part au quiz en utilisant le formulaire disponible sur https://www.besix.com/reddevils. Le site est accessible aux employés et aux travailleurs. Pour participer, le participant doit indiquer son nom, son prénom, son adresse e-mail, son numéro de téléphone portable, le pays où il travaille et accepter le règlement du concours sur le formulaire de participation digital. Les participants doivent répondre au quiz en une seule fois. Ils ne peuvent pas soumettre un formulaire incomplet et réessayer ensuite avec une nouvelle entrée. Les participants ayant un formulaire de participation correctement rempli sont inclus dans une liste digitale. Les participants sont ensuite classés en fonction de leurs scores par ordre décroissant. La personne qui a obtenu le plus de points est en tête du classement. Les 50 premières personnes du classement seront déclarées gagnantes du concours, à condition que leur participation soit valable au regard des modalités et procédures de participation, telles que prévues dans le présent règlement. En cas d'égalité entre plusieurs participants dans le classement, le participant dont le formulaire de participation a été enregistré en premier sur https://www.besix.com/reddevils sera considéré comme gagnant (la traçabilité digitale faisant foi).
6. La seule façon de participer au concours est celle décrite dans le présent règlement, c'est-à-dire en remplissant le formulaire sur https://www.besix.com/reddevils. Aucune autre forme de participation n'est acceptée.
7. BESIX GROUP SA informera personnellement les gagnants du concours par e-mail avant le 21 septembre 2022. Ils seront également informés de la méthode de livraison des prix. Aucune information sur le concours ne sera diffusée, à l'exception de la communication aux gagnants du prix qu'ils ont gagné et du règlement. Par conséquent, il ne sera répondu à aucune correspondance ou appel téléphonique, ni à aucune télécopie ou courriel concernant le concours, sous réserve des mêmes exceptions.
8. Il est strictement interdit de revendre les prix.
9. Chaque participant au concours est réputé avoir lu et compris le contenu du présent règlement. La participation au concours implique l'accord sans réserve du participant à l'ensemble du présent règlement et l'acceptation de toute décision prise par les organisateurs pour assurer le bon déroulement du concours.
Clause de non-responsabilité : sauf faute grave ou intentionnelle de leur part, ni BESIX GROUP SA, ni aucun de ses employés, ni aucun tiers utilisé dans le cadre de ce concours ne peut être tenu responsable de tout dommage de quelque nature que ce soit résultant de l'organisation de ce concours, y compris la participation au concours, l'identification des gagnants et l'attribution du prix. Sous les mêmes réserves, ni BESIX GROUP SA ni les personnes susmentionnées ne pourront être tenues responsables de tout problème technique survenant pendant le déroulement du concours et pouvant les affecter, ainsi qu'un participant au concours et/ou un tiers (notamment en cas de panne d'Internet, de panne de communication ou de problèmes de connexion) et pouvant interrompre le concours, retarder la participation au concours ou ralentir l'organisation du concours. Si, par suite d'un cas de force majeure ou d'un événement indépendant de la volonté de BESIX GROUP SA, le concours est annulé, interrompu ou modifié, ou si les prix sont retirés, BESIX GROUP SA ne sera en aucun cas tenu de verser une quelconque indemnité aux participants ou aux gagnants du concours.
