Corporate functions at BESIX include areas such as Finance, Legal, Communications, HR, Administration, IT and Business Development, which all aim to drive and support the success of our projects. Corporate functions are more than necessary to further develop a growing organization such as BESIX.

As an accountant, a payroll officer, an IT team member or maybe as legal counsel, you will be part of our corporate team which gathers more than 350 employees.

  • Communication

    • Our corporate communications team’s ambition is to support the Group’s management and the businesses in order to manage BESIX’s brand and drive engagement on Group strategy. The team’s missions include: create publications (Activity Report, press releases, internal magazine, commercial and corporate brochures,…), build our online presence (websites, social media), manage press relations, plan and produce events, etc. Our team is a nice mix of various profiles: strategy, content creation, project management, web, graphic design,…

  • Finance

      The Finance department contributes financial expertise to the entire BESIX Group in various fields such as accounting, taxation, cost management, auditing, treasury, …. The mission of the finance team is to take the better financial decisions, and handle all financial processes with ever-increasing efficiency. We use our analytical skills, tenacity, rigor, ease in handling numbers and our expertise to touch every area of our business with an unwavering energy and the attention of detail.

  • Human Resources

    The HR department works in partnership with management, employees, and other BESIX Group companies. Its goal is to foster the best possible work conditions for the development of our employees. The HR team members gathers a variety of fields including: recruitment, payroll & employee relations, training & development, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and social legislation.

  • ICT

    The mission of our Information Technology department is to provide high quality Information and Communication Technology services to facilitate our operations. Our strategic ICT vision ensures that BESIX is in line with future business demands. We also offer day to day operational support through our professional ICT solutions for both our offices and construction sites.

  • Legal Contracting & Insurances

    The mission and purpose of the LC&I Department is to ensure that BESIX Group companies operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Group rules, BESIX Contracting governance and standards, and to support the BESIX mission, vision and values. The LC&I Department aims in particular to provide high quality business-oriented legal and strategic advice to make sure that projects and activities are conducted, from a legal, contractual, insurance and risks & opportunities assessment viewpoint, as per the BESIX requirements.

    As a center of excellence, the Procurement & Logistics staff sets up a network of buyers and transport specialists dedicated to the support of the head office departments and projects from the qualification and bidding phases to execution. Support includes sourcing of materials and services, qualification of vendors, quotes, benchmarks, support for negotiations and contracting, international transports etc…
