BYPD is a great mix of networking and learning where you will get to know more about the opportunities that lie ahead and what it means to work for BESIX. BESIX Young Community or BYC has become a real household name within the Group: whether organizing charity and sports events, supporting the Solidarity Days, or getting together to enjoy a social activity or a fun day out, this worldwide network of young employees has become a community in the truest sense of the word.
BYC has created an international social network for young employees who want to develop their careers and contacts in the Group’s countries of operation. Different Community events have been organized in different countries (Qatar, The Netherlands, etc.)
