BESIX and Six Construct constructed this hotel tower reaching up to 309 m. It boasts 55 floors which offer 350 hotel rooms and suites. The tower houses the five-star hotel Jumeirah Emirates Tower Hotel. One of the characteristics is its impressive atrium, which starts at floor 11 and reaches another 31 floors up. It offers spectacular views across the Gulf.
