This office building, in which 3,000m² are reserved for co-working spaces, is intended to be collaborative, providing access to numerous areas for exchange and informal meetings. The working environment favours collaboration, user well-being and flexibility thanks to modular office spaces. Designed by the internationally renowned architectural firm Foster + Partners, the building has been designed from the inside out, focusing on the interaction between its users in a pleasant living and working space. The premises are organised around an atrium forming the heart of the building, surrounded by work spaces. The glass façade and roof promote a sense of well-being, light and interaction.
