BESIX takes part in job fairs inviting students and engineers with prior career experience to stop by to learn about what we do and our career opportunities.
Each year, we attend job fairs organized by schools, universities, VDAB and EURES in Belgium and abroad.
During these events, we offer anyone interested a variety of opportunities inside the group and the opportunity to talk to company representatives to learn more about what we do.

The Campus Job Fairs take place each year in February and March. These job fairs are the perfect opportunity for the future graduates to meet us and to get to know each other.

The BESIX Young Professional Days held every year after the campus job fairs and target students at Belgian engineering schools (construction, architect, electro-mechanics, ...). These 3 days give them a chance to learn more about our multidisciplinary group, our activities, our history, our DNA and the career path we can offer to young graduates. Relaxed and friendly, the BYPD’s are held at our corporate headquarters in Brussels and in Gent and last a full day. They include presentations about our departments, 1 case study, discussion with our experts, and one-on-one sessions with our recruiters and managers.

Connect to Build is a unique networking event for experienced engineers and professionals in the construction industry. This yearly event is a perfect mix of information exchange, fun and action.
