Register for the 2025 BESIX Construction Circle

Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to the Construction Circle, which will take place in Jupille-sur-Ourthe on 16 & 17 October 2025.

This gathering will provide an opportunity to reflect on our recent achievements as BESIX Construction, discuss future goals, and reinforce our commitment to operational excellence.

Please make sure to register before Wednesday 17 September. The registration form also includes a pulse check, some questions about Health & Safety, our renewed vision & strategy and the Project Performance Analysis Report. It will take some time to fill everything in. Therefore, we ask you to carve out some time in your day to complete everything to the best of your abilities. Your input will help BESIX Construction shape the content of the event.

On a more practical note: Travel

Jupille-sur-Ourthe is located in the beautiful Belgian Ardennes. Once you’ve arrived, your overnight stay from Thursday to Friday and transfers between the activities are all taken care of. However, we ask every participant to take care of their own travel needs to get to and from Jupille-sur-Ourthe (about 1h45 drive from Brussels Airport). If you are coming from outside of Belgium by plane or train, please also make sure you have a rental car at your disposal or carpool with one of your Belgian colleagues. If you need an extra overnight stay for the nights preceding 16 October or after 17 October, please also make your own arrangements via your travel manager.
