Operational Committee
BESIX Construction
The Operational Committee is the dedicated management body of BESIX Construction. Led by the Chief Operating Officer, it oversees all strategic, commercial and operational activities of BESIX Construction, ensuring they are aligned with the Executive Committee’s strategic direction. Its responsibilities include executing business strategies, managing operational risks, and driving efficiency and effectiveness. The Committee is ultimately accountable for BESIX Construction’s performance and results.
