New Orleans, de hoogste woontoren van Nederland, kreeg de bijnaam ‘Dame aan de kade’ en is ingehuldigd in oktober 2010. Deze verwezenlijking van BESIX omvat naast 234 appartementen onder meer een multifunctioneel centrum, vijf bioscoopzalen, een theater, een zwembad en een tentoonstellingsruimte. De toren is158 m hoog en heeft 56.086 m2 aan oppervlakte.
New Orleans Tower
Still the highest residential tower in the Netherlands, New Orleans, also known as the ‘Dame aan de kade’ (the Lady at the quayside), was handed over by BESIX in October 2010. This building, constructed by BESIX, includes 234 flats, a multifunctional centre, 5 cinemas, a theatre, a swimming pool and an exhibition hall. It is 158 m high and has 56,086 m2 floorspace.
